Asset1 Pty Ltd engaged Geleon to prepare an Engineering Services Report to accompany a combined Material Change of Use (MCU) and Reconfiguration of a Lot (ROL) Application to Somerset Regional Council to reconfigure the subject site into an ultimate 403 lot residential subdivision to be developed in 22 stages. Provision was also made for a regional stormwater conveyance drainage channel and detention basin.
Geleon undertook this work in accordance with all relevant Council and State development codes, with further advice and support provided to the project team during the Information Request phase of the application process.
