Geleon were engaged by Corella Construction to provide civil design and engineering services for the reconfiguration of the existing lot located at 84 Coolibah Street, Bardon, where it was proposed to subdivide the existing allotment and construct a new home on the newly created rear allotment.

Geleon undertook the civil design and engineering, prepared the OPW application to Brisbane City Council (BCC), sewer and water applications to Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) and undertook Contract Administration and Certification associated with the civil works.

Construction of the new home was completed in September 2019.
