Geleon were engaged by Berrinba Central Two Trust to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) to support a Development Application to Logan City Council to establish a major mixed use development located at Berrinba, Queensland. The proposed development comprises a service station, low impact industrial uses, health care services, sport and recreation uses, as well as several food and drink outlets. 

Berrinba Central will play an important role in the lifestyle of local families and workers by offering retail and service facilities currently unavailable within reasonable travel distances of the surrounding catchment area. Offering further traffic engineering advice throughout the Request for Information phase, the development has since been approved with a Development Permit received from Logan City Council in January 2019.
