Geleon were engaged by Newlink Property Group to prepare a Traffic and Transport Assessment (TTA) and Waste Management Plan (WMP) to accompany a Development Application for a proposed low impact industry and showroom development located 17 Gates Road, Flagstone.

A comprehensive TTA and WMP were prepared, with further advice and support provided to the project team throughout the Information Request phase of the application process.

The development has since been constructed and became operational in July 2024.
