Geleon were engaged by Kalwun Development Corporation to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment and Waste Management Plan to accompany a Material Change of Use Development Application to the City of Gold Coast Council to establish a purpose-built Integrated Health and Wellbeing Hub located at 7 Jowett Street, Coomera.

The Hub will be a one-stop-shop for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people residing in the northern Gold Coast growth corridor, providing medical, allied health, health promotion, child & family support and aged care services for the community.
